"I had a roadside breakdown in route to my delivery in New Jersey. I called Big Dog Fleet Services and they came to me in less than an hour and had me up and running an hour after arrival! For big rig breakdowns that’s unheard of! I greatly appreciate the time and clarity that came with my service order. The mechanic that came out to service my 2016 Freighter Cascadia, Mr Tom Lyons, was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick! This was by far the fastest, nonsense, no hassle repair I’ve had done in all my 19 years of driving trucks! If you have them as an option for service please don’t hesitate to call them!"
