"I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes, no one working there looked in my general direction. I asked for a sample, they don't have samples on-site of all what's shown in the showroom. They said they'd send the sample to my house which was very nice. It arrived after a few days and it's a totally different tile. I have to choose a tile by tomorrow to stay on schedule and it's not going to be Daltile."
"Product was nice but only contractors can pick up and return. Had 1 full case as extra and called and representative was rude and not helpful, finally stating non-returnable. So for all out there, only buy extra realizing non-returnable and not to expect a friendly rep on phone calls."
