The staff are amazing and welcoming, from the aesthetics to the people working to the cute section for goodies, water, and tea. They make you feel right at home. "First time ever going to Promenade Smiles Family dentist and I was blown away! Making an appointment was easy. They send out the forms for you to fill out in the comfort of your home. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm friendly smile. The facility/office is beautifully decorated and modern. Very chic. The front office woman named Kristie is amazing. She explained everything to us in detail and helped us make future appointments to another location for a specific procedure. She made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The dental assistant Kelly, was a joy! Made me feel very relaxed and she was easy to talk to. I felt like we have been friends forever. She guided me every step of the way during the entire process. She made my visit comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Rocha was incredible! Very informative and very knowledgeable. I’ve never had a dentist like her before! She was very detailed in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I’m so glad that we found this dentistry. I will remain loyal as long as they are in business. "I was a new patient at this office today and had an amazing experience! The office itself is absolutely beautiful and state of the art, definitely the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. I had Dr. Rocha and Kelly, and both were awesome! Kelly is so personable and warm, she explained everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so welcomed. I’ve never had any dental issues before, so when I found out I have my first ever cavity Dr. Rocha fully explained everything to me and made time to do fillings while I was there. She talked me through every step of what she was doing and was very thorough. She also took her time with the cleaning prior and even flossed my teeth for me, which no dentist has ever done to my teeth before.
