Grillestone Restaurant - Bar - Private Events

"I had a bad experience at Grillstones last week on Saturday night, our server wasn’t very polite, or showed a lack of care in his job at all. When the person brought out food out he asked which of us got the salmon to which I pointed at my girlfriend, then he dropped the other plate in front of me and walked away. Didn’t ask if we needed anything, and didn’t come back. I sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to pay attention to me as I tried to get staff to acknowledge me because they brought me short ribs instead of what I ordered - a pork chop. Finally I got the owners attention they order me a pork chop through the computer and 15 minutes later it arrives. My girlfriend was already done with her meal. No one came to ask if anything was cooked correctly, if we needed refills etc. no apologies for the wrong food and the 20 minute wait from the time my gf received her meal. No explanation for the situation. I asked at the end of the meal what happened and my server with a smile said “your pork chop was brought to the wrong table” then dropped our bill. It was a really terrible experience, no one including the owner apologized and no one seemed like they cared. Avoid this place."

"Never have I ever been treated with such top notch customer service. Having being in the field for over 10 years, you really appreciate when other go above and beyond. My hats are off to the CJ, the manager, and Scirocco our server with the beautiful name. My family and I are more than grateful for the time and effort you took to making our 1st time at Grillestone exceptional. The decor was amazing and the food was excellent. There was honestly not a downside for the special night. Thank you all so much until our next visit..... 12/17/2023 update While this isn't the my second time to Grillestone, this is my second review. While some time has past in visits. This one is not the best revive I will factor in the past with this review for an overall review. Recent, for my daughter brithda was great. Our server Adum, had us waiting for him rather than the other way around. He didn't clarify if the appetizer was to come out early or not. (It should have) It came out with the entrees and was a little more than expected. I let him know we were celebrating and that if anything could be done, like a cake or something for my daughter's birthday. While he acknowledge it at the time, nothing else was mentioned or offered. It sicked because my 9yo got to watch our server celebrate others birthday while she became an after thought. I know nothing can be down now also understand that we were toward the end of the night but definitely expected a better experience from a establishment that has delivered consistently in the past. I hope this isn't the beginning of a decline..."

"Finally got to go and have lunch. This is a place that has a nice vibe whether you are at the bar, dining room, or outside seating. Atmosphere is great with nice decor. Service was attentive and professional. Food was delicious and worth the price. Plenty of on site parking, very clean bathrooms and overall nice venue. Prices are a little high side but, you get what you pay for."

"This place is spacious with an elegantly upscale designed interior. We sat by an embedded fireplace, with a nice view of the bar. There were three of us, and we ordered two appetizers, entrees, and cocktails. Everything was delicious and nicely presented, with good sized portions. I ordered a gin and club soda which came to me with tonic instead, and my friend's salad was missing the steak he ordered with it, but overall this was a nice experience, I enjoyed the vibe and ambiance of the place. There was also a duo performing live music which was a nice touch as well."

"This place is solid. They do what they do and they do it well enough to receive solid score of 4 stars. The host, the waiters and witresses all did nice job from the beginning to end. I've driven by this place for years and finally decided to give it a try. The food selection is American as apple pie but the don't serve apple pie. Give this place a try, bring the entire family and enjoy yourself. $$$"
