"By far the easiest move in process! From the very beginning to the very end, we absolutely love our apartment and building. Neisha is AMAZING! It’s truly been a pleasure meeting and working with her! Although I have yet to meet Helen, we’ve spoken on the phone and she is super sweet and helpful. Jamie is part of the maintenance team and has also been extremely helpful. We definitely made the right choice!"

I love the fact that if the slightest thing is wrong in the building ( key not working, broken door etc.) once you reach out to Natasha Taylor she gets it fixed ASAP. She is so sweet and follows back up with you to make sure nothing else is needed."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt this time it is appropriate to do so. The building is nice, the apartments are modern, however the structure of the building is built like an ikea play house. If someone is noise sensitive this is not the place for you. You can hear EVERYTHING - neighbors on the side, downstairs, upstairs and down the hall. Also if you're someone who likes drama free life this is not the place for you. The security in the building is non-existent and people walk in and out. I also had 2 neighbors threaten me and management did absolutely nothing. Natasha sent me a text about my dog barking and said my lease was terminated, before even receiving a formal warning from management. She then says that she didn't mean that. The management is VERY unprofessional. If more people left reviews I would not have moved in and would have saved myself a headache. The upside is the area is growing and more and more buildings are being built. I’m sure the management elsewhere would not be this bad. I personally think it doesn’t get worse than this place. I’m surprised Natasha is the regional manager as someone who is so unprofessional should not be running multiple buildings - it speaks volumes about the corporation. I’m sure changes will be made in the future with all the other buildings being built in the surrounding area. Management needs to shape up or ship out."
