"Looking at the snarky comment the owner posts in response to customers reviews. You can just tell professionalism is NOT their number one concern. Unfortunately this is a franchise and not a corporate location. Prices do consistently change for in house services. You’ll notice sometimes you’ll go in and are charged two different prices for a notary, supplies, printing, computer services, or any other like service you’ve had in the past. As Christian owned business, I am very surprised at how they choose to run their business. Be careful too as the owners children who run the store smoke marijuana out in the back of the store and sometimes bathroom. They also lost a customers $15000 wedding dress! BE WARE! I am a previous employee. EVERY IS VERY FACTUAL. Then again this is what happened when the owners are never there and delegate responsibilities of running multiple stores to their children who are clearly not up to par. If this is how they decide to treat their customers, I can only imagine how they treat the innocent children at the Hershey School in PA."
