"ZERO STARS! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I live in CA and wanted to send some flowers to my mom. First, it came a day late. Second, it was not even close to what I ordered! The first photo is what I wanted. The second is what she received! I better get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible."

"This florist is the absolute worst! I wish I could give them a negative rating! I ordered a plant garden with butterflies for a dear friend’s funeral. I specifically ordered a plant garden so the family could drive back to their hometown with it and cut flowers do not travel. I paid $70. Instead, they sent a cut flower arrangement with 3 roses and some daisies. Luckily, I told my friend to expect a plant garden, or I would not have known they sent something entirely different from my order - and certainly not a $70 arrangement! I called and left several messages but received no return call. When I finally reached someone and cordially explained the situation, he hung up on me! I wish I could’ve stopped payment with my credit card."

"Hands down the worst flower shop I have ordered from. I ordered one thing and they delivered something totally different, which was poor quality and a 5 year old could have done better!! The owner, Rich, didn't even have the decency to call me back, after leaving 5 messages and calling 9 times. The raving reviews on their actual website are from the people who work there, which I find pretty comical. Unfortunately, I had to select some type of star rating to post this, but they don't even deserve a one star. Poor customer service Rich!"

"Worst customer service and experience I have EVER encounter. They deserve a -10 stars to be honest. I paid for a funeral arrangement for a love one who has suffered a lost .. the flowers I paid for were not the ones delivered. I called to explained the situation and was addressed with attitude and even had the phone hung up on me. Rather than a solution being made to fix the situation or even a simply apology but no I was left on the other end of a dial tone after being hung up on. I will NEVER support this business for any future needs."

"Ordered flowers to cheer up a relative after knee replacement surgery. What she received didn't look anything like what I ordered. Colors were bright rather than pastel, clashed terribly instead of harmonizing. Fortunately I ordered through a group we belong to, so customer service was helpful, saying they would arrange redelivery. Instead, Green Grove Fruit and flower called the recipient and asked a bunch of questions, then told the group representative that recipient loved flowers she got."
