"I have had the privilege of working with many personal trainers and strength coaches throughout the years. Tim is the real deal, probably the best I have seen do it. He will meet you where you are at, and even if you have a higher training age he will absolutely have a ton to offer. Whether its focusing on details including how to adjust pelvic tilt during complex movements, appropriately mobilize tibial rotation during dorsiflexion, or helping you max out explosive compound movements safely. During our evaluation session Tim was focused and managed time excellently. He is knowledgeable and thoroughly evaluated me for my prior injuries. By the end of the first session I was completing pain free complex movements that had bothered me for years. He sent a written workout program after our session and offered counseling above and beyond what was expected. I watched him working with lower training age clients and he was equally as adept. Worth every penny, I can only offer my highest recommendation."

He also offers nutrition guidance which helps me stay on track eating healthy foods. Highly recommend!"
