"A short while back I decided to sign up for the monthly exterior wash only program, and it is well worth it, especially if your vehicle is parked outside all of the time being exposed to the elements. The deluxe services offered, and super vacuum are not for me since my car is pretty clean all of the time, and they are quite costly. I used to regularly go to Spotless Car Wash in Hackensack when I was working, and they offer individual pay-to-use vacuums for customers which I wish this place had. The Urban Auto Spa employees are friendly, and will acknowledge you which I feel is a nice way to treat new, as well as repeat customers. So far, no complaints."

"Urban Auto Spa is awesome! They offer a monthly wash plan which really gives you incredible value. This is also one of the only car washes that does both the inside and outside of your car. While they can be pricey, you get value if you are consistent and go often. They also will use an air freshener spray of your choice which is a nice plus!"

"I recently brought my car to Urban Auto Spa for an interior and exterior detail. Upon dropping it off, I made it clear to Alex that I had been involved in a side-swipe incident, particularly noting the damage on the driver's side rear door, which I even provided pictures of. While I attempted to address the surface scratches myself using compound, I expressed my concern about the remaining swirl marks, especially since I intended to sell the car to a friend. I did not request any extensive restorative work, understanding that this was not a body shop. Upon collecting my car, I was initially pleased with the immaculate detail job. However, upon closer inspection with a flashlight, something seemed off about the driver's side. To my dismay, further investigation revealed that Sharpie had been used to "mask" the deeper scratches. This discovery left me extremely unhappy and disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to contact Urban Auto Spa, including leaving two voicemails for the manager on April 5th and April 8th, I have yet to receive any response. It is now April 17th, 2024, and I am still awaiting resolution to this matter. As a paying customer, I feel let down and frustrated that I am now left to rectify this issue on my own."

"Same like all other reviews, $27 for silver. I asked the guy there if they clean outside and inside, he said yes. Then the car comes out dirty and they say oh silver doesn’t clean floor Matt’s or seats. The menu is decieving and doesn’t clarify what is included/excluded. If you ask none of them speak English and say yes to everything. Over priced! Don’t go there."
