"Everyone that I have had any contact with at this facility has been stellar The receptionists were helpful, kind and efficient in scheduling appointments dealing with insurance company. The aides and all support staff were great. They were compassionate and helpful to all of the patients. You could see by word and action how much they cared for everyone in their care. My PT (Christian) is awesome. He is respectful to both his team and his patients. He has really been so helpful in my recovery from a foot injury. He pushes me just hard enough to do things he knows will help my healing process. I'm having a double knee replacement soon. It's much less scary knowing that I have such wonderful people , close to my hometown help me with the recovery process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"The experience at Jag One for me was the epitome of what any service related facility should be. The staff for scheduling and check in set the stage for what would be my entire therapy program. Abigail and Colleen are extremely proficient, professional and personable! They were always on the move making sure the patient’s were comfortable, guiding them around them room as needed and that they were prepared for the PT. During each of my sessions Sarina was always available to jump in as needed when Kim was tied up with another patient. Throughout my entire therapy program Kim was FANTASTIC with me as a patient and an individual. She absolutely is dedicated and has the ability to push you to accept the work it take to get results from each session. The Jag One team is busy for good reasons; great staff, great equipment and a clean facility at a great location."
