"Communication from this office is terrible. Went in on Tuesday and needed bloodwork after an unknown illness that was concerning , which I recieved that afternoon. No one has called me and we are more than a week after the bloodwork. The results came in over the weekend online and they didn't review them until 3 days later!! I have called twice with questions about the results and was told I would get a call back but have not recieved one yet. Unexceptable!! No care or urgency for patients. Also being tested for covid even without covid symptoms every time you step foot in there is a money grab, absolutely rediculous. Would not recommend anyone to go here."

He doesn't abide by the current managed care bs of shuffling people in and out as fast as the insurance companies want our doctors to run their practices. "I would never recommend Dr. G to anyone. Dr. G is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. He brushed off my health concerns and made the focus of the appointment about himself. During my visit, he made extremely inappropriate comments that had me in tears. From my experience, Dr. G does not have the best interest of his patients and has terrible bedside manner. He also does not seem up to date with current research. As a health professional myself, I will never again refer one of my patients (or anyone for that matter) to him after the way I was treated in his office. Absolutely terrible."

"Went last week for a physical and bloodwork to get medical clearance for surgery I was to have the following Tuesday. I was assured the surgeon/podiatrist would get the things necessary on Monday as to not delay anything. I get a call Monday morning from the podiatrist saying nothing has been received. Long story short, I called, the podiatrist called, Chilton hospital called and they couldn't get the paperwork to anyone. Then, this office calls saying they aren't "comfortable" medically clearing me due to my A1C being high. I said...I just had this done less than a month ago and my endocrinologist said it was fine. They call me back and say, oh we FORGOT to look at your other bloodwork you had done in July. So we can medically clear you. How does one miss looking at all of the info in the patient's medical records? How is one unable to send paperwork needed for SURGERY after several calls from multiple places and people? Dr. G is a very nice doctor and I get along with his staff but this is unacceptable as a medical office."
