"Dr. Vaidya has been my dermatologist for about three years. He’s an incredibly competent, personable specialist. In the past I saw him for more cosmetic concerns, but lately I’ve been having “real problems” with my skin. I had a standing upcoming appointment, but my “flares” have become so painful at times that it can be difficult to talk due to the burning/melting sensation on my cheeks. I called them today and asked if I could be seen earlier. Within an hour, I got a callback asking if I could come in today. Dr. Vaidya listened attentively, advised about my skincare routine, along with the first steps to make in order to get my condition (Rosacea) under some level of control. I’d also suspected (more like fretted about) Rosacea, given the symptoms are imprinted on my face in bold pink font. Dr. Vaidya offered me everything I could hope for as a starting point (a topical prescription, a Niacinamide-based facial lotion to replace my sometimes irritating (despite being for ultra-sensitive skin) moisturizer, and a sample of a pure zinc sunscreen. One which I haven’t tried before. Just the fact that he found time to fit me in before my scheduled appointment, listened patiently, and gave me a game-plan going forward, demonstrates what a wonderful doctor (and person) Dr. Vaidya is. On a side note, Terrance (his assistant) was also a pleasure to meet with."
