"Dom, the Professor Gatsby senior technician, and James, his junior partner, were outstanding this morning when they arrived to repair a problem with our air-conditioning unit. They worked for nearly three hours before they solved the problem we were having. Dom replaced our thermostat and made all the technical adjustments to it that allowed it to work properly! We are very grateful for his attention to detail and expertise. Our unit is again working perfectly. I could not recommend Gatsby’s more strongly!!! "Great service ! They def go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue last month and the tech came out and fixed it without charging me more than the diagnostic charge and provided some recommendations. My unit is up there in age so i started the process of getting quotes for a new unit and while one company pointed out I had a clogged line that was causing a leak and was desperately trying to sell me a new unit. But when gatsby sent out Brandon to give me a quote, he went above and beyond and unclogged the drain. Prices seemed relatively comparable. This company was a tad more but for the service you receive I would def choose them!"

"Not only did I receive a text message confirming appointment, their Plumbing Technician, Anthony called to confirm his arrival time. Anthony didn't hesitate to enter the crawl space to evaluate the sump pump in question. Two sump pumps in same hole, one plugged in didn't work, Anthony plugged in #2 and worked fine. Problem solved! Not only was Anthony very professional and explained everything, he was very upbeat and pleasant. Third time using Prof Gatsby and highly recommend. I'm already on the schedule for Fall furnace maintenance."
