"I would give zero stars if possible. I've had an absolutely horrible experience. This Patient First is the billing office and is wrongly claiming that my insurance company revoked payment three years later from a visit to the Woodbury location back in 2020. My insurance company has spoken to them once to set the record straight that they never did such a thing. I've had to call them at least four times now myself. They lie and claim to put my bill on hold to investigate, but don't actually do it. I will never EVER go back here. I am truly disgusted by the amount of trouble they've put me through."
