"I recently visited the coffee shop and had a disappointing experience. The staff didn't get my drink right, resulting in all the ingredients settling at the bottom. Additionally, the cashier seemed distracted and unresponsive when I tried to communicate my order."

"Whoever is making the coffee in November 18th 2023 at 2:30pm shouldn't have a job. Apple ear pieces in, not calling out drink orders just placing. I said excuse me about 6 different times and not a single response from her. I leave plenty of reviews and I'd have to say this is the worst one I've ever left. Absolutely terrible retail worker."

"The cashier as I was ordering was texting on her phone and She got my order wrong. When my food came out I got two sandwiches instead of egg bites and I asked for two extra pumps in my Java chip. The drink I got was not even remotely close in color. It was extremely light in color. Didn’t look like a mocha at all. I asked them to remake the girl said that I should have said something when I ordered. I told her I did and she went to remake my drink. The color didn’t change and at this point I just wanted to go. The new drink was leaking all over as she slammed it on the counter."

"A standard NJ rest stop with options for food and coffee, as well as gas. There are a number of snack options as well, and the gas station is full-service. There are also friendly staff who can help you with any issues you may be facing. It is easy to get in and out of the location considering how the ramps take you on and off the highway. There are busy times, but it’s mostly quick to visit."

"This is the 3rd time I come to this starbucks in this month. Each time the employees REFUSE to serve frozen drinks. Once they said that the blender was not working, the seccond time they said they couldnt make them because they had to clean the blenders. And today at 1:00pm they said the Ice machine was not working but they were serving ice cold drinks. The cashier did not have a name tag and she had glasses on and was completely rude and sarcastic and said that she could not do anythimg about it and refused to give a customer service number. We felt disrespected. The customer service was horrible. This staff needs a traiming on basic customer service skills and need to learn how treat others kindly and with respect. If the staff does not like wotking with frozen drinks they should get another job. If the reason is not the employee then this store is offering false advertisement. A whole month of excuses its very disrespecfull."
