"This is a really wonderful place to live. The new owners have made many upgrades to the landscaping, added a fitness center, repainted the common areas and replaced the carpeting, and I could go on snd on. Jeff, the maintenance man, is amazing, and, best of all, the manager, Meghan, has been very kind and helpful to me. It is really like a family atmosphere here, with quiet and respectful residents. I love it."
"Debbie & I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. This is a safe and super friendly complex, where everyone looks out for their neighbors. The management and maintenance teams are always responsive to our needs. The interior and exterior areas are clean and very well cared for. The clubhouse and gym have now been completed and the swimming pool is in process of completion for summer 2023. Parking is plentiful and the parking lot is well-maintained especially during the snowy winter months."
"Excellent location, beautiful view, very friendly neighborhood. Michael is very professional, respectful, and friendly. Always responds in a timely manner to any requests and is always willing to get jobs done ASAP. He’s always smiling and have such a positive attitude."
"I have lived a little over a year and half I would like to say that it has been a wonderful experience. I have lived in other place and they don't compare to this except or my home twenty three years I lived in my home. The personnel that you have working here are top notch. First there is Mike wonderful guy. I knew he was special when he helped my wife in when her arms were full of grocery's. Mike seems to be a man of his word, when says something will be done it is done at the time he says. it is so much better than other places. Mike also fixes things right away. He doesn't say he going to fix it and leave it for another day it is done know. Thank you for listening"
"I have lived at Twin Ponds for about a year. In that short time, improvements have been made - parking lot repaved, turning lane into the complex and the Club House has been remodeled with a gym & landscaping has been upgraded - just to name a few. But the best part of the new management is the maintenance manager Mike. He does a fabulous job keeping things running smoothly day or night."
