"We had our house roof done by United Home Improvements Inc in 2018. The roof has held up very well! There was a strong wind storm a few weeks ago that caused a piece of the roof to move. We discovered the roof problem early Sunday morning ( 3/17/2024) after church. I text Ronald, at 9:30 a.m, what the problem was and pictures of the part of the roof that was disturbed. Ronald responded promptly and said he would come over as soon as possible to fix the problem. Ronald came to my home at 11:30 a.m. and was done about half an hour to 45 minutes. Ronald and his crew fixed the problem and secured all of the roof. We had to go to a birthday party that Sunday afternoon and thought we would not be able to make it but with our surprise he was willing to come on a Sunday. This company has the finest service we have ever had from any home project done on our home. They are incredible!!!"
