"On September 26th, 2023. Buy a 2023 Chevy Silverado LT the salesman was John Guevara, one day after buying this truck I noticed the dashboard coming apart, I spoke with John he setups appointment for the 30th October to have the issue corrected. Before the service date two more issues pops up. The passenger airbag light would not turn off and the interior light would not come on. Two days after the service I was called in and told by the Service manager that the interior light is malfunctioning causing the passenger airbag light to stay on….so I ask how LONG before the part arrive… he said it can be a week, a month… i’m still waiting for the part as of 1/8/24 and No interior light in my bran new 2023 Chevy Silverado. 5 MONTHS and I was told it’s not a safety hazard nor concern.."
