"I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment today, 5/18/2023. The nurse called me in at 11:05 am for a routine check-up and left the room after 10 minutes. I then waited until 11:43 am for Dr. Anne Park to see me. When she finally came into the room, I informed her that I had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes while experiencing lower back pain. She responded by saying that I didn’t need to sit and should have stood up while waiting if I had back pain. She also mentioned that she wasn't the only doctor I was seeing.This was my first visit here, and I found her behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient who had waited over an hour in pain, I felt deeply disrespected. I told her that I didn't want to proceed with the appointment, and she simply got up and said I wouldn’t have to pay for the visit. I left the office, sat in my car, and cried for 15 minutes because I had wasted my time and endured this rude, disrespectful, and careless treatment while in severe pain.I will never come back here!!!"

"Dr. Park is absolutely the BEST Dr. on the East Coast. I wish I found her 15 years ago, I would have been in better shape. But I'm slowly getting great because of her motivation. Love This Dr."

"This review is directed at the office and not Dr. Park. Dr. Park is a fantastic doctor and has helped me a lot since I have been going to her in March (I want to give 5 stars for Dr. Park, trust me). However, I do not like that there is no direct number for the office. Since August 1st (my last appointment) I have been waiting for the office to send my insurance company the pre authorization paperwork for Ozempic. It is August 25th, and after calling Hackensack NUMEROUS times and having requests put in, it has STILL not been sent to my insurance company (verified with Cigna today). I have requested call backs verifying it has been sent, and I have not received any call backs, which is highly unprofessional. Love the doctor, but the office staff (if they are responsible for sending the requests) need to do their jobs, pick up the phone when the call center calls, and provide call backs to patients when asked. I am very disappointed that this process has taken close to one month, which is highly unprofessional."

"I had to reschedule 3 times so I can see the doctor and When I went to see her she asked me to reschedule again cuz I was 10 mins late for the appointment. I tried to talk to her regarding my situation since I had to drive straight from work to her for 45mins! Never coming back again."

"I tried to make an appointment with my PCP for a sick visit. I don’t have COVID, but was told they “don’t see sick patients in office” and was referred to a Telehealth visit (of course still paying the full co-pay). This is absolutely ridiculous because they have the luxury of hiding from COVID. Most of us have to be at work around many people and don’t have the luxury to control who we are around. And when we get sick, we can’t even see our doctor properly. How is my doctor going to properly help me through a video chat? I was then hung up on when I said that it makes no sense. Glad to know that Dr Anne Park “cares” about her patients so much."
