"Really unfortunate experience here. Stopped in with some friends, hoping for a nice nighttime meal. We were made invisible for a full 5 minutes as we waited to have our orders taken- quite a humbling experience. The single redeeming feature is the beautiful and expressive chicken box that hosted the mediocre chicken fries, although this piece of art could be attained at any other BK. Currently on the search for another place to dine at night, where we hopefully can feel seen."
"Diet coke always taste terrible! Like Dr. Pepper mix with cleaning agent. Every time. At first I thought it was Dr. Pepper and tried to return it. My daughter won’t even drink it."
"This used to be the best BK, but in recent year it has gone so far downhill if I crave BK, even though this one is practically in my backyard, I drive to Ewing. The staff, INCLUDING the managers, are TERRIBLE. Rude, and one even tried playing it off like she didn't speak English even though she's worked there for decades and everyone knows better. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Yesterday i came here and the service was horrible the worker was trying to give me my drink and dropped it then put a new lid on and gave it back to me so i said something and he just filled it up more and gave it back then i came back today and im in the drive through and they have 1 lady working and yelling at her if shes not doing it fast enough and everyone else is just sitting around doing nothing . The service was horrible the lady was working all by herself and all these men were around standing doing nothing while she did all the work . The guy that made the food made it sloppy like he put no effort into it and the fries were cold and stale. The worker that was at the cash register looked high and was just standing around we ordered a number 3 large and this is what we got and the food was cold"
