Honda dealers told me I wanted rear brakes for so much money and when I took my car to PepBoy they called me from the front and showed me I don't need brakes changing when they could have done it without letting me see it. "Update: Service is definitely lacking. I took my car for a appointment and needed them to call my insurance before they closed for the day on Saturday and no one called, I feel as if me as a customer, I didn’t get great service as well updates. Nice guys, but they are not going to get my business anymore if I’m not a priority like other customers. I’ve used Pep Boys for quite a few years and I never had to take my car back for the same reason. This is my 3rd time and they tired to charge me 3x the amount for the same service and it’s was still not fixed correctly. This was once a reasonable place but now it’s totally something else. Time to find a real mechanic that will my car issue and not get ridiculous prices for service that should have been fixed the first time the right way. These guys give a great and honest service. Kenneth the manager is excellent and always honest. He and his staff work great together. I definitely would recommend anyone that needs a great repair shop to visit them."
