"Super rude doctor! The older woman was extremely insensitive to my pet, calling him a bad boy and a bad dog, she was extremely aggressive in all of her verbal and physical actions.(He growled, when she put a thermometer in his rear, and he kept pulling his paws away when she tried to clip his nails, after I told her he only lets the groomers do so. He wasn’t acting aggressive, barking, or biting, he’s a 8 lb dog, but she put a muzzle on him, causing him to scratch up his face and bleed trying to take it off). Never coming again"

"Terrible service. They also Never return phone calls. They eve Denied to help me when my cat was dying. I didn’t have an appointment but regardless they were extremely rude in denying care. If you love your pet, take them elsewhere."

"I hate to say this, but this vet's office has really gone downhill. I don't think it's the actual vet though. EVERY problem here as well as every problem I've had was when I had to talk to Charlotte at the front desk. Yes, if you have something a little urgent she really will tell you to come back in a month. I don't believe it's the actual DRs but I seriously doubt they realize what is going on and it's causing customers to jump ship quick because not only is there a nasty attitude, but things like refills get forgotten by her and basically if she picks up just hang up and try again later when you get one of the other ladies. It's a shame, she used to be a nice person but anymore it's like dealing with a stubborn rebellious teenager. I do have to re-iterate that I really like both Doctors and they are both amazing. I just think they have no idea what is really going on because service is only dependable upon who picks up the phone."

"It's sad to see all these abandoned pets here. It would be a good investment if the Animal Shelter could change the way they shelter these animals with creating a 1 month clearance of health for each pet then have a open area created where for example they have tree houses for cats to play together on format of grass so they can get exercise & not be in cage all day, every day with no ability to run & use their muscles. If not creat ports to exit room areas where they can go outside with in a fenced area so they can exercise, & come back in to their bowl to feed n bed. I do credit the work done by staff."
