"Very unprofessional staff at the Kendall Park Branch. I had an appointment at 10am wasn’t seen until 10:35. They let another person in before me even though I showed up to my appointment early and when I asked why that was, the nurse didn’t have an answer. I was seen by Dr. Purnima Vallabhaneni, who was not the most welcoming. She seemed very rushed and was trying to end the appointment before I even got my questions out. I asked her about a doctor’s note for work and she told me I can get one from reception. I go to the receptionist and she tells me I have to wait for the doctor to finish with her new patient because she did not sign the doctor’s note. I waited for 10 more minutes even though I kept telling them that I was already late for work due to the fact that they let me in over half an hour late. To top it all off, the doctor ended up sending a prescription that was NOT covered by my insurance to my pharmacy, with no response to the pharmacies request for a different medication. When I called the office I was told they were on lunch, called back an hour and a half later and was told they’re still on lunch or “they might’ve left early they don’t really tell us”. Very unprofessional behavior from everyone involved. Switched doctors immediately."

"very unprofessional service. I have to wait for x ray report for a week. They received a report 3 days back and they do not send me until doctor review it. Doctor wont be back unit next friday so they do not send me my report unit doctor back to office. Very unprofessional and very poor serivce."

Waste an hour of ur time just to get basic information like name and stuff and turns out ur appointment was not even made when you go in for your doctors visit . Long wait times too. New patients avoid! SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE and useless And RUDE receptionists."
