"I went shopping with my mother at this store. We had a horrible experience. Since we walked in the door, we were followed/watched by this Male employee. I believe his name is Steven. This guy kept intentionally walking around all the areas that we were constantly watching us. When I was going in the changing room, he even came over and looked inside the dressing room to see what I was taking in. There was already an employed there so there was no need for him to do this. He went as far as walking to the cashier as we were checking out and whispered something to her which by her reaction made her very uncomfortable. We are Hispanics and I do believe that he was following us around because my mother and I were speaking Spanish. I guess he was trying to catch us shoplifting. We have very good jobs and no criminal record and we have never steal anything in our life. I believe that Burlington corporate should fired this employee because he is racist and a liability. I will rethink visiting this store due to this experience. People should be able to go shopping without being harassed no matter the color of their skin or what language they speak. We felt very uncomfortable, discriminated and racial profiled by this employee. I’m posting here for visibility and I also noted this in the store survey as well."

"This new Burlington store in Mount Laurel has a nice selection of product. Pet area is lacking and one would think the selection would be better sitting next to TJ Maxx, Petsmart, and Target. Decent shoe selection which could prove some competition for DSW. They also have a much better men's selection than TJ Maxx. Worth checking out especially with the other nearby stores."
