"Very bad customer service, I cancelled my policy with them. At the time of cancellation they never informed me regarding my future payments and after 2 days of cancellation my bank account got charged, when I called them regarding this error they replied me very badly (may be because I am no longer a customer with them) and just hung up the call. I tried calling back and they decline my calls. This might make people believe its a fraud."

I've been with VAIBHAV over many years and everything about them is fabulous and great. They're nice, easy to work with. They're helpful and friendly too. They're also cheap and I can pay easy. "Vibhav is a very professional Insurance agent. I have home and auto insurance with Narula Insurance since 2015. They give one on one customer service to their clients. Vibhav is available after office hours and on weekends to answer my questions. I would highly recommend to get a quote from Vibhav. You might pay less and get same coverage that was my case. "I have a home insurance policy with them and it's been a year with them. I have never had a single problem which they couldn't solve in timely manner. The staff is friendly and always helpful and responsive even after office hours. I also have a car insurance policy with them and they have helped me save a lot of money compared to other insurance companies. Special thanks to Vibhav who has always answered my calls and replied to my emails even after office hours. He went above and beyond for me when I got into a very bad car accident. He was there to help me through the whole process of insurance claim even during a weekend. Their hard work and dedication proves how much they value their clients.
