"The coffee is always bad! I went there today, after not going for months bc the service & coffee stinks, and it still stinks! The coffee tastes like it's burnt or the coffee pots are not cleaned before making a fresh pot....something?!? It's just bad! I never taste the favor shot I ask for bc the coffee itself tastes that bad. I even ask for an extra flavor shot (6 pumps) and it still tastes horrible! Please learn how to make coffee correctly. Please wash your coffee pots thoroughly before brewing a fresh pot. IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Don't forget to clean the urn!"

"Sometimes they randomly decide to put coffee in my matcha latte- matcha lattes do not have coffee. Tastes very gross, just like poison. 0//10 do not recommend. Great when they don’t put coffee in my tea, though. Also love the avocado toast."

"Everytine in the early am I have gone here iced coffee taste burnt like it was hot coffee that sat… late night they can’t make a simple iced coffee for the life of them not all workers just certain select ones."

"if I could give 0 stars I would. I told myself I would stop going to Dunkin because of the poor customer service & half the time, the drinks aren't even made correctly. but against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the Frozen Ice Spice drink & an iced coffee on the app. of course when I come to pick up my order, the girl at the drive thru says they're cleaning the frozen drink machine & says they can refund me. I said ok, do you need my card? she said with an attitude "no, I can give you cash - you paid on the app." umm, so I paid cash on the app right? orrr.. trying to keep my composure as I had my kid with me, I said ok.. she hands me my money & my iced coffee. I said thank you. she said NOTHING, not sorry for the inconvenience, not have a goodnight, NOTHING. she just shut the window. not like anything will be done because yall always have horrible service and rude employees every single time I come through. maybe yall haven't noticed but everyone runs on STARBUCKS now & is exactly why I will drive out of my way to go there before going around the corner to DD."

"Monday - Friday they are perfect, Saturday and Sundays they get my simple 2 drink order mixed up with someone else's (every time). Confronted management on the issue and I now understand why they have horrible service on the weekends (he refused to take responsibility on the restaurant's ongoing mistakes). Definitely avoid this restaurant during their "overwhelming" business hours."
