"First time going to a head spa and i had no idea what to expect. First: let’s start off with seeing a beautiful portrait of a handsome pup named Razor when you walk in. Automatically felt like these were my people. Second: the relaxing aroma and welcoming greeting I received made me less nervous of what to expect next. One of the girls even gave me a little gift bag with a spa head band for being her client. That was cool. Third off: the oil they used on my face made my eye lids softer than anything I have ever touched before. Next: the massages on your scalp and face will never get old. Favorite part: when they lay the warm towels all around your face. Ugh I felt like a queen. And lastly I loved the feeling of how calm & relaxed I felt during and after the service. I highly recommend trying them out. I’m thinking next time I will request Mr. Razor to make an appearance."

"This was one of the best experiences ever. Brie was so sweet and accommodated my eucalyptus allergy. I also arrived while unfortunately having a migraine but by the time my massage was over it was gone! This was honestly so relaxing and therapeutic."

"Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it definitely could've been better. 6.5/10 for me. I came in there congested and the facial massage cleared up my sinuses so that was a plus. Some parts of the scalp massage felt good but at times it didn't feel like anything. The water machine is squeaky as it first turns on and the temperature control wasn't the best. I'm not sure if the conditioner wasn't rinsed out all the way or the detangling spray made my hair greasy but my hair was super greasy the next morning."

"I had no idea what to expect, as it was my first time experiencing a head spa, but I certainly was NOT disappointed! As an older woman, I use a walker to get around and the suite was easily accessible. I would say this is walker/wheelchair accessible, as long as you are able to get on and off the bed on your own. As for my spa specialist, Brie, was so welcoming and had me so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Between the atmosphere of the suite and her massage, I was in heaven! I don’t get out much, and I’m sure many people my generation feel the same, but this was well worth it and I will be coming back to see Brie. It is too often I forget to treat myself, but Zen Head Spa changed that. Now it will apart of my regular routine. The only set back was that I did not want the session to end! Thank you Brie for caring! If you want to treat a loved one who has everything but you want to give them a personal gift, this is the gift that says “I love you”!"

"RUN, do not walk, RUN to Zen Head Spa! I have never had such a relaxing experience that left my hair and scalp refreshed, calm, nourished, did I mention relaxed?!? Stefanie was amazing from start to finish, explaining every step she took. The conditioner smells AMAZING! I never want to wash my hair in the shower again. I will be back every week."
