"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Gigi completely burned off and shaved my sister’s head. She unevenly cut and buzzed my sister’s hair without permission after she realized how badly she burnt my sister’s hair. My sister went for lighter streaks and Gigi ruined her hair completely. My sister will have to deal with the consequences of Gigi’s actions for YEARS to come. It is totally unacceptable. It was Gigi’s responsibility to let her client know she could not take her lighter without causing damage or at least checking in on her periodically to see how her hair is taking the bleach. Do NOT go here. Gigi deserves to be let go. The salon tried to compensate her with $100 but honestly that’s not even close to cover the amount of products we have had to purchase to help heal her hair or for the emotional trauma my sister has endured and will endure for years until her hair grows back. Frankly, the salon should pay us what we paid them in total AND let Gigi go before this happens again."
