"Haircut was fine. However, the owner Kevin doesn't keep track of his Booksy appointments. I made an appointment with him specifically after several recommendations just to be passed on to someone else. Another barber in the shop was also unaware of his appointments for the day when a client showed up. The shop overall lacks professionalism and missed the mark on several client care opportunities especially for the prices charged."
