Parke Bank (with Drive-Thru/ATM)

"Looks like I’m not the only one experienced bad attitute/rude/mean from this branch staff. Today 1/22/24 @12.59 i spoke with one of the guy, i didn’t get his name because he didn’t mention it, i ask him how to made a mortgage payment? And he answer me rude/mean “ you can just come to any branch!” I said is there any other way?, he still said just come yo any branch! I answered him , i live in NY , how you want me to come to PA everymonth??then he put me on hold (looks like he asked someone ). Then he asked me if i have online banking? I saID YES! Then he said “ then you can just pay through online banking! I ask him again how can i pay through online banking? He answered me again “ JUST SIGN IN AND PAY THROUGH YOUR ONLINE BANKING !!” I said to him what is the step? I just want to know if i need yo added any payee or something like that?? Then i told him you don’t have to be so RUDE! i said i don’t want talk to you, pass me to your supervisor please! He said OK! Then another same typical person answered the call! No greeting at all , just straightforward ask me what is my online ID ? Then i gave her my online id , but with the rude and mean she said wait! My system still loading! I said then if you’re not ready yet why you asking me for my online banking ID?! Then she asked me again for my online banking ID , she didn’t get my id correctly, I repeated 4x she still doesn’t understand, even I spelled my user ID she still didn’t get it! And she blamed me! I ask HER “IS THIS HOW PARKE BANK STAFFS SERVE THEIR CUSTOMER? I asked her iF she is the supervisor? She said NO! I’m a HEAD TELLER!! I can’t stand anymore with her attitude , i told her nevermind ! Then i hang up the call! I was sooo amazed with PARKE BANK STAFFS. I though another state bank staffs would be very nice and polite to their customers, but I was wrong! For those 2 peoples that i spoke today (so regreat i didn’t get their name, because they didn’t mention their name when they answer the call, ask your leader to give you guys a training how to greet and treats your customer! , if you don’t like your job to answer your customers questions, just stay at home and rilex!"

"Someone called me from this number I called back to see who it was that called first I was insulted by my name then hung up on I called back then I was told I was lying because no one called me , I'd think twice before dealing with a bank that has customer service in this manor and poor customer service skills ,"
