"The staff refused to accept a photo copy of the check despite it being legible and with proper details. Every other Chase branch accepts copies with no issues. The manager Khaled's smug attitude towards a business customer is another issue. The level of incompetence of the manager is something else."
"Withdrew 1000$ , machine only gave me $400. Tried to get money back. Corporate and the branch manager did nothing. Manager was very nasty. Beware, always film with a camera when making a withdrawal. They don’t care if the machine doesn’t give you your money! All those cameras for what? Clowns"
"This machine took my cash and never credit my account. On 12/11 I called to make a claim and the told me I needed to wait 10 business day. I waited the 10 business days, just to find out the employee who took my call completed the wrong claim on my account. They open another claim because I deposit more cash so my checks did t bounce… because of their mistakes my payments were going to be return. After speaking with 12 different people including managers, they said they had to open another claim and I had to wait 10 business days. Unacceptable!!!! They just need to count the machines and see that the machine was over and credit my account but instead they decided to complete a wrong claim and charge me with overdraft fees…. The worse customer service ever. No one knows what they are doing in this bank. Supposedly the machine are vendor services and they have to wait until the vendor comes in to inspect the machine. Today is 12/29 and I still don’t have my money. This bank should pay me interest on my money!!!!!!!"
"We went to this branch last minute on a Saturday as we were walking by. As soon as we entered Natalia Oliver greeted us and helped us with our accounts, even though they were 20 min from closing. We had an appointment at another branch in Edgewater but the associate never showed up and they didn't accomodate us. Natalia helped us on the spot without an appointment! As a new Chase Bank customer, this was a great experience at this branch. I will try and go out of my way to visit this branch more often because of the service."
"I made a withdrawal for $1,000 and only $400 came out of the machine. I filed a claim and Chase will not give me the $600 that never came back out. The branch manager was very nasty during the process. Please be careful when using ATMs with chase… record with your phone when withdrawing…"
