"I really don’t know how this place remains in business. I got scammed by though as I purchased a vehicle that was reported to me in good condition come to find out it was terribly rotted at the bottom amongst other issues like the battery. If you consider buying from them make sure you take the car to trustworthy mechanic. I’m currently in the process of taking them to small claims so TBD. Also to add another shady thing is they will promote their business as DandP auto group but the real name is “prestier motor llc.” Yep I know it’s giving shady."

"My initial experience with D&P Auto was awesome. I walked out with the keys to a really nice vehicle, but later found that there were some battery issues. I had to have him come out to jump my battery on 2 different occasions before I had to have him replace the battery all together. Now some years later, I hate to report that D&P Auto Group is a scam artist. Buy-Here-Pay-Here was reneged upon. After paying on my vehicle for the majority of 2 years, Alex Collado, disappeared on me. I made several attempts to contact him via his cellphone and email and also went to the dealership on multiple occasions to try to reach him but the gate to the office was always down. I left multiple messages with the auto body shop next door, but never received a call from him. I even attempted to contact the "IN-HOUSE' Finance company number listed on my lease agreement, but that number was disconnected and still is. I later found out that the dealership had been sold to someone else. Long story short, Alex Collado did not contact me until the day after "FINANCE COMPANY" that doesn't have an active phone number, issued an illegal repossession of my vehicle, stating, "I hear you guys have been looking for me. Probably because you're looking for your car, right" (after more than a year of him not returning a call, text message or email) as if the situation were funny. But you would think that If in fact the bank or finance company that held my contract were not being paid, especially since the dealership had been sold, they would have reached out to customer's who had leased vehicles from this "Dealership" and made them aware that payments should now be made directly to them. I made multiple visits to the tow yard and was given the run around about what the actual finance company's name is and who actually order the repossession. I am now having to go back and forth between the tow yard and the new owners of the lot that should be formerly known as D & P Auto Group, but still reflects the name "D&P Auto Group". In speaking with the new owner, I am apparently not the only customer who has visited his establishment multiple times attempting to get answers. In his words, I am about the 5th or 6th person having to deal with the fraudulent and unethical practices of the scam artist dealership. I am changing my post and advising anyone who attempts to visit this new lot to be VERY . . . . . VERY Cautious and to also NEVER . . . . . . EVER DEAL WITH ALEX COLLADO, should he be working for any other dealership. I am out of thousands of dollars and now having to spend hundreds more to pursue legal action against this company. If anyone else has had this same awful experience with the dealership, reach out to me and maybe we can all get together and make sure their license gets pulled and they are never able to do this again to any other hard working people."

"To be honest, I was nervous at first going to a private dealer, but after sitting down and talking with the owner my fears soon went away. I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car and the owner is very down to earth, completely honest, and would never even consider the thought of taking advantage of you. I found myself talking to him for hours in very engaging and great conversations. As far as any issues or concerns with any car you are interested in, he will bend over backward to make sure everything is taken care of for you and you leave his lot happy and safe. I will definitely be back for any future purchases."

"This place is definitely a go to if you’re looking to buy a car. I just bought my first car from Alex and he was so helpful and polite. He even fixed minor issues with the car free of charge and I really just enjoyed the overall car buying experience at this place. My car is also running great."

"THIS IS DEFINITELY A GO TO”. ALEX IS THE GUY. He was pleasant, great energy, on top of knowing exactly what he was doing. I loved the fact he knew about every car he has on the property. He did his best and succeeded to get my husband and I out WITH the vehicle we initially wanted. I have nothing negative to say about my/our experience. I truly thank him."
