"They over promise and under deliver. Told I would get Netflix on my account. NEVER HAPPENED. Went to store to complain. Manager was sitting in laid back position with feet on desk, speaking to obviously a girlfriend or wife and had some untrained lucky do his dirty work. SWITCHING PROVIDERS."
