"I would give this store 1-star for wheelchair accessibility. With 4 staff members talking behind the counter, another customer had to move the benches and displays so I could look at the shoes. I was highly disappointed with the staff for that. As far as service when requesting shoes, Ian was very nice, prompt and accommodating. We purchased two pairs of shoes but I left feeling excluded from the process."
"I was there today, I have to say, the employee there was really nice and super helpful! He helped me pick out a shoe and since there was no more of those that I wanted, I got them shipped to my house. Also the selection was pretty big. There were many different colors at the store. Great experience!"

If a fraction of businesses displayed the customer service he did , this economy would be in a way better place . The Vans product is wonderful and Juan also is aces.
