Dr. Mazzuca Jr. is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been a valued member of the Mazzuca Eye and Laser team since 2016. With a unique background in mechanical engineering from Villanova University, Dr. Mazzuca discovered his true calling in medicine and earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following in his father's footsteps, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the same institution, where he distinguished himself as chief resident. As a dedicated professional, Dr. Mazzuca Jr. is a proud member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, The New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical treatments for a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, including dry eye, glaucoma, cataracts, refractive disorders with PRK treatment, as well as retinal and oculoplastic disorders. Additionally, he serves as an attending surgeon at the Salem Medical Center.
