"Had my truck for 10 days and never called me back. I had to either call all day or show up to get answers. Claimed to have replaced the timing belt but seemly made a minor adjustment just to get the car off his lot. I took my truck to another shop that proved he didn’t do what he said. Ralph’s secretary offered no receipt and said they “only had a post it note” of what was wrong. I’ve never had a shop “repair” without calling and giving a price first. And gave a complete nonsense reason why my truck didn’t run right. No mechanic/business operates like that. Now I’m paying twice for work. Keep my money you obviously need it more than I do. I hope being reported to the BBB will help him sleep well at night. Compete fraud and to think I gave that jabroni a $100 tip."
