For those looking to work out with a partner, we also offer sessions for two people, such as family members or friends. This option allows for a personalized experience while also saving money compared to personal training.
Groups of 3-12 people can also participate in our classes, with a cap at 12 to ensure each client receives sufficient attention and guidance. If a client signs up for a group session and does not show, they will be charged a session fee.
