Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Brick

"Waited in the waiting room for 40 mins with a fever of 101.6 just to be told they don’t accept my insurance and told me I would have to go somewhere else. About 15 mins into waiting I went up to the front desk to let them know I have different insurance and instead of asking me right then and there what it was,they told me to take a seat and someone would be with me. That should be the one of the FIRST questions ask when you walk in. Don’t waste peoples time! Especially when they have been sick for three damn days with a non stop fever!"

"Immediate Care Brick is the BEST location! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Stephanie and Jen were so welcoming at the front desk. I even called after my visit to ask a question and they helped me right away. Krystina was incredible! I told her what brought me in, she diagnosed me, answered all my questions and got me right out! This is not the nearest Immediate Care to me, but I will be making the drive the next time because they were just that good. Not to mention, the place was spotless! This is so important to me because every time I walk into a walk in clinic I feel like I’m going to get sick just from walking in the door - not here! Next time you’re feeling under the weather, whether you live near Brick or not, definitely stop at this Immediate Care. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Let me just start by saying any receptionist that starts off with are you a walk-in and not hi, please find another occupation that doesn’t have anything to do with sick patients. I have been feeling like trash for about 4 days and I thought screw it. Let me just wait and see if it goes away. By Saturday morning 10/14 I had enough of the cough and cold symptoms. I called my primary but he’s in Lebenon. So around 12pm I decide to just go over to this location in brick. Bad choice. There were 2 ladies sitting at the desk. 1 older very nice and soft spoken. The other one younger, kaitlyn, just out right rude. No hi. Just starts with the questions. After I said I am a walk in she goes there’s an hour wait and repeats it a few times. The lady behind her goes hopefully a little shorter time. I said I didn’t feel well and I’m going to stay and follow through the face she gave me was like Disgust of the thought of me wanting to wait and waste her time. Like girl your there till ATLEAST 4 PM. WHAT do you even care. Just be nice! I’m waiting in my car now waiting for a call. I started this whole ordeal and signed and paid for it before it being gone seen at 12:22 PM and I got the call at 12:47 pm… so don’t listen to the receptionist when they say it’s an hour wait they obviously don’t care about how you feel just themselves. Do better Kaitlyn!"

"They are professional and very knowledgeable. I get in and out quickly. I like them better than my practitioner. My husband and I have been there many times recently and have been satisfied each and every time. I will continue to go to this Atlantic Health System Immediate Care facility in Brick, NJ."

The wait time was short, and the staff was patient focused. The medical evaluation was comprehensive and engaging.
