"The doctors are great but as stated in these reviews for the past two years plus there has been something seriously wrong with the front office staff. They are rude, not helpful, and you have to wait an hour for even a chance to get someone to pick up the phone. Recently my mother who has been on a specific medication for years went to go refill it. She was told that our doctor had cancelled the prescription. She had 2 refills left and had not seen a doctor in a couple of months. She called multiple times and waited on hold. Finally someone answered the phone after an hour of waiting and the 4th call. For some reason someone had gone onto her profile and wrote that the prescription she had she was now allergic to. How does that even happen? She tells the front office staff that that is incorrect and to please fix it because she needs the medication. She said if it is not fixed she would be showing up the next day. It was not called in and not fixed so she went over in the morning to talk again. Now at this point she was rightfully angry and had asked why it wasn't fixed. The receptionist only told her that the doctor was notified. So she was told it was an error, nothing was fixed, and no one would help her. She called her pharmacy again after work and still nothing. She went over to this office again the next morning and was notified that it had finally been called in and she had gotten her medication. Now two days later we receive a letter from Hackensack Meridian saying that she is no longer a patient at this specific office for "being verbally abusive to the staff". The front office is completely incompetent and put the blame on someone else for their mistake. I am glad she never has to see these people again but also very frustrated that the person who continued to do nothing about the situation gets off free and they won. I hope that eventually someone higher up looks at these reviews and does some serious evaluation of the office."

"Poor office management. This office prescribed me 2 MRIs which I need for back and hip pain, but they have failed to initiate the pre-authorizations needed for me to actually get the imagining completed. Both myself and the imaging center called several times to get the authorization completed, but nothing was done. I have had to reschedule the appointment twice. The worst part is that you can not call this office directly. You have to go through an answering service so you never actually get to speak to someone in the office."

"Why does it say open until 630 and i haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone? It’s just a voicemail to call back during normal business hours but your site clearly states open until 630?? I’ve read the reviews saying that the doctors were great but the office staff is horrible. Is this something your staff goes regularly ? Turn off phones and be rude? I am trying to be a new patient and this is making think otherwise …"

"This office needs to be reported for leaving their phone off the hook preventing patients from getting in touch with anyone! The doctors are fantastic but something is going on with the front office doing this. I can't imagine that it's legal or encouraged by HMHC."
