Gus' Last Word is a charming bar and restaurant located at 191 Valley Boulevard in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. Inspired by their grandparent's 1950's cellar bar, the Maroulakos brothers have created a nostalgic yet modern dining experience. The bar and dining room exude the essence of the era with a seasonal Backyard Garden for guests to enjoy. The menu at Gus' Last Word features classic American bar fare, comforting entrees, and thin crust pies made with local and seasonal ingredients. The beverage program offers a variety of classic cocktails, including Gus' favorite Last Word with a unique twist, as well as 16 draft beers and a selection of wines from domestic and international producers.
