We have tried to get this working right by many different contractors for years with little success. After about twenty minutes the door worked as good as the day it was put in. Lee advised me I have some time left on my hourly rate and asked if there were any other things he could do in the left over time, such as change any light bulbs in any ceiling fixtures which I thought was great.
