"We used to love Saint Francis but our recent experiences over the last year have significantly decreased and it has been clear that our pets health is not a priority in any way. After over a thousand dollars of tests our vet wouldn’t call us back with results, we had to call daily to get a run around. Still we have no results. We went to get our other dogs teeth cleaned, and the price quote was higher than all other local vets we decided to visit, and they actually called us back."

"I couldn’t have been more happy about my visit to St. Francis for my dog’s annual exam. Meg, the veterinary assistant, was absolutely amazing. My dog is EXTREMELY nervous every time we go to the vet, but as soon as Meg took us back to the room, she made sure that he was comfortable and felt safe. My dog’s attitude completely changed and he was fine the entire appointment. My dog absolutely loved her. She was SO good with him. Dr. Jedlinski also did an amazing job. He too, made sure that my dog felt safe and calm while we were there. Dr. Jedlinski answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for both of them and their help making this appointment a breeze. Thank you both so much!!"

"We waited an hour in a room to pick up our pet after her spay. The receptionist quickly took our money but never told the surgeon and team we were here and then never apologized for their lack of communication. We were worried something was wrong. When someone came all they said was no one told us you were here. No apologies but a curt attitude. Our pup was fine but the experience was anything but. No one called us post op to check on pup. We are use to health teams that at least have someone call. Even our car has a follow up call. Do not think this practice is concerned with customer satisfaction."

"I have been using this vet for 13 years for my 4 dogs and 1 bearded dragon. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago it went from a privately owned emergency 24 hr hospital with top notch care to a regular vet practice with sub-optimal care when it was sold to a corporate entity. The veterinarian experience has also dropped significantly with all but 1 seasoned veterinarian remaining (all of the others have left). Just this year (2023) they were unable to handle issues 2 of my dogs were facing and after several visits I finally took them to Penn vet to get the treatment they needed. I do not recommend this vet at this point as today I had a terrible experience just trying to get routine heartworm shots for my 3 dogs. I thought they could handle the ordinary everyday things my pets need, but apparently they are failing on this front, too. Also, please note that a good friend of mine who has 4 dogs had a horrible experience this past year with a botched “fixing” surgery where they cut the dogs bladder and caused a lot of problems for the dog."

"I had the first appointment on a Thursday morning. I was checked in right on time and my dog was attended to almost immediately. The doctor explained everything to me and did not push any extra treatments. The price was very fair. The facility was very nice, and very clean. Overall I was very happy with the service and I am glad I made the choice to change my vet to St. Francis."
