"Tons of space offset by non-responsive maintenance, crumbling fixtures, severe lack of parking, on-going issues that they tell you will be addressed but never does, etc."
"Moved in in May, and our windows were broken. we were told they would be fixed ASAP and its now 5 months later and they still are not fixed. Very little parking. Broken block wall that has been broken since before we moved in is finally getting fixed, but the machine and all of the equipment took up parking spaces, and it seems the job Is never getting done. workers have been here maybe twice to work on the wall. No notice was sent out about losing parking spaces for 2 weeks, which will be longer because the wall is nowhere close to being done. Non-responsive maintenance. Says he's coming, but never shows up. we've put work orders in and they never get acknowledged."
