Be-Be Nails

"I made an appointment a couple of days before my appointment when I went in I showed them a picture of what I want and they said they could do it so we begin and the woman began prepping my nails and applying the acrylic it is so bad it looks as a beginner did them with no experience then after painting my nails she said she couldn’t do the design she said she could do at the beginning of the appointment which is disappointing as it was my first and last time there if I was told they couldn’t do it no problem I would change what I wanted to fit to what they can do or go somewhere else I am a reasonable person but I feel they should have let me know from the start they couldn’t do what I wanted"

"I walked in to have help removing my acrylics. I didn’t want to mess up my natural nails TOO badly so i thought it would be nice to have help .The woman told me it would be $10. She tried to talk me into getting a gel manicure but unfortunately I didn’t really have the time. She used one of those electric file drills to get them off & they kept getting super hot & uncomfortable. Like burning my nail beds. It seemed like a pretty rushed job, the electric file left little cuts on almost all of my fingers. It feels like I have a bunch of paper cuts on my fingers. At the end of the appointment I handed her a $50 bill. I wasn’t really paying attention because I was in a hurry, but I gave her a $10 tip (because I’m in the beauty industry also & know how important tips are) & left. I realized I only had $10 left from the $50 I gave her. So I guess it was actually $30 + the $10 tip…. I probably would have been better off trying to get them off myself."
