"Had a 9am appointment. Was told it would be 1:45 - 2 hours. Been here 4 hours now and counting and they’re not sure they can fix their own update Update: over 5 HOURS wait only to walk out with my car unfixed and out almost $200 out of pocket. I literally paid them to waste my time. If I could less than zero stars I would. A total racket !!! Do NOT buy a a Toyota and if you’re already stuck with one…sell it fast and definitely go elsewhere."

"I have two brand new Toyotas in my home, this place is closer to my home, I am getting tempted to go there only to get disappointed. DCH Toyota Freehold is the place to go. Today I had booked service appointment at 12:45 pm, the lady did not alerted me they had change in place, i reached their new service location at 12:45, only to wait outside for over 15 min. When I called, the staff does not know how long it will take to take me in, forget about time to finish my oil change service. They simply overbook and waste everyone's time. Hope they understand people work and their time has some value."

"Stars only for the frank talking with the agent at first about my servicing. However it's clear that you're second priority to the sales they're trying to make, since I waited 4 hours for a job that I was told would take two hours. However it was s Saturday so I'd concede that. But not what happened next - my key fob batteries needed replacing, turns our they just lied that they replaced the battery but the fobs weren't working still and then tried to sell me on additional "diagnostics" to figure out the issue. The batteries were never replaced. It took my friend $6 and 30 mins to replace them. Would not recommend this place. They did do a decent job of other tasks I requested, but idk why you'd lie about the smallest job on the list and then build upon that. Just absent-minded service."

"Came in recently for an oil change. Kevin was so friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all but since the brand new building is beautiful, even if I did have to wait, I wouldn't have minded. Keep up the good work!"
