"I went to Apple therapy for the first time today for my first appointment. I broke my pinky and had surgery on June 30th. I thought I would get so much more information today, but no such luck. First of all, I was there 10 minutes early and my physical therapist was 15 minutes late, then when she called me in she was talking to another patient for another several minutes, never said that she was sorry about being late!! Apparently, my first appointment was only to fit the splint, I was there for over an hour. I also asked many questions about the swelling and other things, she would not answer any question and kept saying we can discuss that tomorrow when you come back for actual therapy. Seemed like a wasted appointment, and I do not think they should be 15 minutes late!! Not very happy!!!"
