"I stopped by to ask about what over the counter medication would work best for my sinuses and I felt the pharmacist was a little flippant. It will take time to see if what she recommended will work."

"They have Always been amazing to me and my family. My mother's medications are quite pricey and her Regimen complicated. They have fought for my mom with the insurance companies for her to get what she needs at reasonable prices despite them denying it over and over. They are a godsend."

"Never go to this pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy I've ever been to that filled my prescription (that is an injection), and refused to sell me needs to inject said medicine as well. They told me that "I need a separate prescription for needles, my prescription for an injectible medicine wasn't enough." These people are straight from the Twilight Zone. No other pharmacy has every done anything like this, and has always sold me needles, which is essential for an injection (I know, hard to believe, right?). I'm switching pharmacies immediately, you should do the same."

"I set up the express pickup with the app so I can conveniently pick up my prescription. ALMOST 1:30 is apparently 1:30. I was told that they were closed for lunch so I couldn’t get my prescription. NOT CONVENIENT. I didn’t see any sign but had to leave and couldn’t get it. It made my day very difficult. This could all have been avoided if Walmart put a sign up rather than have the staff deal with a very unhappy customer, that might not come back simply over a sign. They want me as a customer so they can take my money but are so cheap to cut corners on such simple common sense things. I deleted the app because it is NOT convenient."

"At first I was super happy because the pharmicist personally approached me and asked me if he wanted to order my RX for me as he doesn’t usually carry it. I was excited for the consistency and never having to question if they have enough etc. That went bad quickly when one Tech personally went out of her way to make everything difficult. I’d call and ask the status of an authorization and the first thing she’d immediatley said everytime I talked to her was: “You CANT pick this up it’s early” I’d never ask to pick it up. It took 2 weeks for the authorization to go through. Jumping down my throat when I come in or check the status of it is unprofessional. The techs which you speak to at the window have a complete and utter lacking of human compassion, customer service skills, and poor knowledge of their own systems. I feel they’re always calling some higher up over to help. Everytime I go there I’ve had to walk them through how to fill my RX and I’ve never stepped foot behind a pharmacy in my life ! I’ve never picked up my prescription paper UNFILLED and Walked away from a pharmacy before this moment. I’ve had it, I understand pharmacists need a level of paranoia to do their job well but that was just excessive, rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location, and I favor Bedford Walmart with half the stock than this zoo any day."
