"I broke my ankle at the beginning of May ad started Physical therapy at the beginning of August with the goal of being fully recovered for a CrossFit event at the end of September. Overall I had a really smooth recovery and was able to go into the event pain free without any limitations!"

"I went to the Nashua location beginning in Jan 2023, and saw Matt Modelane. I had debilitating upper and lower back pain, as well as excruciating pain down my right side, through my outer calf. Matt took it one body-section at a time, and I gradually got stronger and more flexible. He recommended I see an orthopedist to make sure nothing else was going on. I needed — and got — a right hip replacement. I saw Matt right up until surgery, where he helped me with pre-surgery exercises, and a week after surgery I was back at Apple, working with Matt. At week 2 I was feeling extraordinary, and was way ahead of schedule. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery, and feeling great! I recommend Apple Therapy, and Matt in particular, for a thorough, thoughtful, and effective PT experience. With each session Matt would add a twist to an existing exercise, or introduce me to a new exercise, which enabled me to strengthen myself at an appropriately correct pace. I found Matt to be encouraging, kind, and understanding, with a good sense of humor and a down-to-earthiness that made me want to go to my sessions, instead of dread them, which I know is the case for many. When I need PT again, I will seek out Apple, and Matt in particular. THANK YOU, Apple and MATT!!"

"I can't recommend Apple Therapy in Nashua enough. Two weeks following a full knee replacement with complications that required a manipulation 7 weeks after the initial procedure, I became a client. Since then, my physical therapy sessions have ranged from seven days a week to now just twice weekly. I have been working regularly with both Stacie and Casey and have found them to be extraordinary. They are compassionate, personable, and quite proficient with their therapy. When I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, they saw it for me. They pushed me while also recognizing my limitations and helped me to voice my concerns to my physician. While there for my knee therapy, I mentioned to Casey that I had spent the previous day at the ER where I was diagnosed with vertigo and was suffering with dizziness. He asked if it was okay to share this information with Stacie, and she then came over to me immediately. She assured me that she could help treat the vertigo. She guided me through an exercise that would allow the crystals in my ear to settle back in the correct place. Stacie gave me a printout of the exercise with instructions to do at home. By the next day, the vertigo was gone. I have no idea why the hospital wasn't able to help me the way Stacie did. This was just one other circumstance where my physical therapists went above and beyond. I can't thank them and Apple Therapy enough and recommend them wholeheartedly."

The physical therapists are fantastic! They’re caring and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for anyone recovering from an injury."
