Led by Dr. Douglas Phelan, our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services to the Windham community and surrounding areas. Dr. Phelan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from La Salle University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Further honing his expertise, Dr. Phelan completed his family medicine residency at the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Concord, NH, and the Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
