3 Bridges Yoga is a welcoming and inclusive gym located at 185 High Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Our mission is to provide a space where everyone can feel at home in their body and at peace in their mind. We offer a variety of yoga classes throughout the week, including Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation. All classes are also available to join online via Zoom. In addition to our regular classes, we also host workshops and events such as sound baths, yoga nidra, and Yoga 101 for those looking to learn the foundations of the practice.
